Finding the best candidate
You want to find the candidate that will make your client(s) impressed with your ability to bring forth the best talent available. That's what you do.
The better the candidate is, the better you look. I get it. That's pretty much the philosophy in my career. You shine I shine. My main role is to make my team effective and well delegated. When i am searching for candidates for assignments, these are the things that matter most to me.
Hands-On Designer
When it comes to design and direction, I believe being a hands-on person is advantageous. From sketching, to composition, to oversight and production.
Hands-on Coder/Developer
Being able to directly code is important for customization and data integration. There are alot of WYSIWYG applications, but the power is being able to write code if needed.
Visionary Leader
Success comes from great teamwork and mentoring leadership. The most important thing in this regard is mutual respect and a high standard of what you create.

01. Research
This is when we look into the goals of the project, and match goals with direction.
02. Concept
Once research is completed, we then begin to develop concepts based on the goals to further define direction
03. Design
Once the direction is attained, we then begin to be more focused on developing concepts that meet the criteria
04. Development
Through the process, we develop various functions based on the requirements of the goals, and how this is best effective for user.
05. Launch
Once all parameters have been approved and is functioning in beta, we set up lauch date and cooridinate DNS and other elements of integration to go live.
06. Support
Once the project has launched we work with client to ensure accurate execution in both front an d back end.
