What makes a good designer for your team

I often consider this question when looking for candidates to fit certain roles on teams I develop, The answer is rather simple. Of course meticulous attention to detail, a great portfolio, excellent resume, and good vibes.

The thing I find to be most important is the chemistry and personality, the commitment and intention to contribute to the team. Someone who enjoys learning new things, because in this field we call design and digital development is an technology escalaion and intense learning curve that doesnt end. I want people on my team that thrive for that, because that's the kind of person I am as well.

To be on my team, you have to be incredibly adaptable and love to design.
